Engagement models
Three ways clients commission us.
Defined assignment
A scoped piece of work with fixed deliverables, timeline and fee. Most diagnostics, evaluations and market appraisals are commissioned this way.
Retained advisory
A standing allocation of senior time, typically two to six days per month, for institutions that need continuity of counsel rather than a single report.
Embedded residency
An adviser placed inside the client team for three to twelve months, delivering live workstreams while building internal capability.
